This apartment is situated in the vibrant residential area of Vilnius, Naujamiestis in Lithuania. Spanning over 40m², the apartment boasts a well-appointed one bedroom and an open living area that features a seamless blend of the living room and kitchen, defined by the sofa and the dining table that allows free movement between zones. The kitchen, with its high cabinets, creates the perfect backdrop for the living room scenography, creating a high-end perception thanks to the indirect lighting. The sofa, placed along the wall in front of the windows, benefits from an illuminated panel behind it, providing a pleasant ambient light for those cozy winter evenings spent watching television. Despite the small area and the contained budget of the project, natural materials and quality lighting fixtures have been carefully selected to create a pragmatic and welcoming atmosphere, as requested by the customer. Storage space was given priority, resulting in a closet at the entrance, which is connected to the tall kitchen cabinets, effectively increasing the storage space. The bedroom features a bridge closet surrounding the bed, providing more space for clothes and shelves. Despite the limited bathroom space, a bathtub has been installed, complemented by wall niches and indirect lighting, which create a feeling of luxury and comfort. The interior design is characterized by a dynamic contrasts in the materials palette, the textural and color combinations, resulting in a discreet, cozy, and minimalistic space.
