The plot on which this residential complex will be situated is located in close proximity to Walkerdorf’s old town. Spanning over a surface area of 2500 m2, the building consists of an underground garage, a mixed-use ground floor for both residential and commercial purposes, and an attic floor. The distinctive composition of the facade is designed to evoke the architectural style of the surrounding historical buildings, while also serving as an entry point to the building, creating an interruption in the main volume. This architectural solution not only adds dynamism to the composition but also helps to visually break up the front of the building. In line with the sloped roofs that characterize the old town, the top floor has been set back from the main facade alignment. This recessed area allows the attic apartments to enjoy expansive terraces and a privileged view of the surrounding area.
